All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Compatibility issues with your device
  • Service interruptions due to third-party network issues
  • Incorrect subscription selection by the customer
  • Failure to cancel before renewal

2. Trial Period & Testing

We offer a free trial period for users to test our service before committing to a subscription. It is the customer’s responsibility to take advantage of this trial to ensure our service meets their expectations.

3. Service Disruptions & Technical Issues

We strive to provide a high-quality service, but occasional downtime or buffering may occur due to internet service providers, server maintenance, or other factors beyond our control. These issues do not qualify for a refund.

4. Unauthorized Sharing & Account Termination

Sharing your IPTV account with others or using unauthorized devices may result in immediate suspension or termination of your service without a refund.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to dispute or charge back a valid transaction will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
